Cricket South Africa has named a 15-man squad for the in Australia next month. Temba Bavuma will lead the side after returning from a long injury layoff.

Rassie van der Dussen is the most notable omission as he continues nursing the finger injury he suffered during the second Test against England. Rilee Russow, who made his return to the South Africa T20I setup after six years in July, also finds a place in the squad. 

The squad also features promising youngster Tristan Stubbs who has made an impressive start to his T20I career and all-rounder Wayne Parnel.

The same 15-man squad is set to travel to India for the three-match T20I series later this month ahead of the World Cup.
