We’re reaching the final stages in most of Europe’s top leagues, and as always, we’ll be taking a look at this weekend’s best bets and offering our value picks.

Tottenham v Burnley (Sunday)

Tottenham moved a step closer to the fourth spot, closing the gap on Arsenal, who they beat 3-0 on Thursday night. Harry Kane and Son Heung-min were both on the scoresheet and will be hoping to continue their scoring form in Spurs’ final home game of the season. Burnley are fighting for their lives in the Premier League and won’t go down without a fight in this fixture.

Everton v Brentford (Sunday)

Everton will be looking to return to winning ways and distance themselves from a relegation scramble on the final day of the campaign when they take on Brentford at Goodison Park. The Toffees had won two games on the spin before being held to a goalless draw at Norwich last time out. They managed to remain unbeaten and carry some decent momentum going into the business end of the season.

Getafe v Barcelona (Sunday)

Getafe are clear of the drop zone and will enjoy another season of LaLiga football next season. They come into this game off the back of a four-game unbeaten run, although their last three ties have all ended in stalemates. The second spot seems to be wrapped up for Barcelona, who look to end off on a high in Xavi’s first season at the club.

Atletico Madrid v Sevilla (Sunday)

Atletico Madrid and Sevilla go head to head for the third spot in the Spanish LaLiga. The hosts are a point ahead and come into the game in better form, winning their last two clashes without conceding, including a 1-0 victory over champions and arch-rivals, Real Madrid. Sevilla are unbeaten in four matches, although they have drawn three successive league games, last winning a game towards the end of April.

Borussia Dortmund v Hertha Berlin (Saturday)

Borussia Dortmund will conclude their season on Saturday in front of their home crowd. BVB will finish second no matter the outcome of this fixture, while this will also be Erling Haaland’s final league game for Dortmund before his move to Manchester City. Hertha Berlin could be sucked into the relegation play-off spot if they lose and Stuttgart claim maximum points.

Augsburg v Greuther Furth (Saturday)

Greuther Furth play their final game in the Bundesliga this season before returning to the second tier of German football. The visitors have the unwanted record of being the only side yet to win away from home this term, a feat they have one last chance to end. Augsburg have had their ups and downs this season, but should end their season off on a high.

Cagliari v Inter Milan (Sunday))

Cagliari take on Inter Milan in this contest. This contest sees two sides fighting for their lives on either side of the table, the hosts are currently a point away from safety while the visitors are two points from the top and can only hope that their arch-rivals AC Milan drop points in their two remaining games to lift the Serie A.

Juventus v Lazio (Monday)

Juventus have secured Champions League football for yet another season after what was a topsy turvy start. Lazio who have had a fantastic season and will be looking secure their Europa League spot. With Juventus playing for nothing and with Lazio needing that sense of security, Lazio does look like they can walk away with something here.

Lyon v Nantes (Saturday)

Lyon’s final home game of the season is up against Nantes, who both look to end the campaign in the top half of the table. From Lyon’s 15 wins this term, 10 of those victories have come on home soil. Nantes have also racked up 15 wins this season, but just four have come on the road. Despite being eighth on the standings, Lyon have scored the third-most goals in the league this year.

Livingston v Dundee FC (Sunday)

The Scottish Premiership is drawing to a close and there is still plenty to fight for. Livingston are nearing a Championship play-off spot and will be looking to finish strongly, looking beyond with a UEFA Conference League place in their sights as well. Dundee are at the bottom of the standings and have very little chance of avoiding the relegation play-offs.
