Daily Spread Betting Round-up
The domestic football season returned over the weekend, and we’ve found big winning bets from the Scottish Premiership, Super League, and the Montreal Open, where our canny online betting punters secured profit.

St Helens continued their impressive second half of the season on Friday night when they comprehensively outplayed Castleford Tigers at the Totally Wicked Stadium.
A double from Owen Dagnall, plus five other players crossing for Saints saw the hosts run out 40-0 winners as the Tigers’ miserable run extended. Despite the sacking of Danny McGuire, things haven’t improved for the Wheldon Road outfit who face the daunting trip to Hull KR next weekend.
With Saints nilling their opposition, there were a couple of big winning bets, but sellers on our Cross-Points rugby league spread betting market at 352-390 were rewarded with a big win. With St Helens’ points total of 40 multiplied by the Tigers’ ‘haul’ of zero, the market settled at zero with sellers winning 352x their stake.
Having seen their great rivals, Rangers, drop points on the opening day of the Scottish Premiership, Celtic fans would have been looking for their side to lay down a marker yesterday.
St Mirren were in attendance at Parkhead and a routing victory was expected for the hosts who will face either Kairat Almaty or Slovan Bratislava in a Champions League Play-Off.
However, the side from Paisley dug in and looked to be heading for a valuable point until Luke McCowan’s deflected strike sealed all three points for Celtic in the 87th minute.
With the hosts expected to pile on the goals, there was a big winning bet for punters who sold in our Goals x Corners football spread betting market at 2150-2350. With 13 corners in the match and just 87 goal minutes, the spread settled at 1331 as sellers collected a win of 819x their stake.
Clara Tauson’s straight-set win over Iga Swiatek this weekend was another in a long line of shocks at this year’s Montreal Open as the Dane avenged her fourth-round defeat at Wimbledon.
Before the match, Swiatek was favoured at 12.5-15.5 on the Supremacy tennis spread betting market. This spread awards ten points for a win, five points for each set won by and can have a negative makeup if the underdog wins.
With Tauson winning 2-0, the spread settled at -20, leaving sellers at 12.5-15.5 netting a win of 32.5x their stake.
Please note that these are examples of winning bets from the past week, and it is important to remember that spread betting carries a high level of risk to your capital and can result in losses larger than your initial stake/deposit.
