Albania v England betting form

England’s start under Thomas Tuchel has been nothing short of impressive. The German manager has made an immediate impact, guiding the Three Lions to seven wins from seven in World Cup qualifying and securing maximum points so far. After a tentative start in attack, England’s forwards are now flourishing under Tuchel’s guidance, netting 15 goals in their last four matches — including a convincing victory over rivals Wales.

For this international break, Tuchel has been boosted by the return of key players Jude Bellingham and Phil Foden, while also handing Alex Scott his first senior call-up following the midfielder’s standout performances in England’s U21 European Championship triumph over the summer. With confidence high, England will aim to maintain their dominant form and complete qualifying with a perfect record — without conceding a single goal.

Albania secured their place in the World Cup Qualifying play-offs on Thursday night with a 1–0 win over Andorra. Torino midfielder Kristjan Asllani scored the decisive goal midway through the second half, and with England defeating Albania’s arch-rivals Serbia, Sylvinho’s side were guaranteed a second-place finish in Group K.

Like England, Albania head into the final round of qualifiers in excellent form, having won three consecutive matches. Since early September they have recorded 1–0 victories over Andorra, Latvia, and Serbia. Although they fell 2–0 to England in their previous meeting, Albania will be aiming to finish the group stage on a high by claiming a major scalp against Thomas Tuchel’s team—momentum they hope to carry into the play-offs.

Albania v England football spread betting prices

Our football spread betting prices have visitors England as the favourites with a Goal Supremacy quote of England/Albania (H) 1.4 – 1.6. This means a 'buy' bet at 1.6 would need England to win by two to start turning a profit (e.g. two goal win would win 0.4x your stake, three goal win would win 1.4x your stake etc.).

A 1.4 'sell' bet would need either a England one goal win, draw or Albania win to turn a profit (e.g. England one goal win would win 0.4x your stake, draw would win 1.4x your stake, one goal Albania win 2.4x your stake etc.).

Our spread betting Total Goals line is 2.9 – 3.1. So a 3.1 'buy' bet would need at least four goals to be scored in the match to start turning a profit. Conversely, a ‘2.9’ sell bet would need two goals or less to be scored in the match to turn a profit.

Remember that with spread betting, get the bet wrong and losses can exceed your stake/deposit. E.g. a 3.1 'buy' Total Goals bet would lose 3.1x your stake if the match ended 0-0. In the 1.6 'buy' Supremacy bet example above, if the game ended a draw the bet would lose 1.6x your stake. If Albania won by one goal then it would lose 2.6x your stake etc. And in the 1.4 'sell' Supremacy example above, the bet would lose 0.6x your stake on a two goal England win, 1.6x your stake on a three goal England win etc.

Albania v England betting specials and price boosts

Price Boosts are typically available on the Spreadex website the day before the game, so it’s worth checking back closer to kick-off for enhanced odds. In addition, Spreadex also features ‘Popular Bet-Builders’, specially curated by their in-house pricing team to highlight fan-favourite betting combinations.

England have remarkably kept a clean sheet in all seven of their World Cup qualifiers so far. On Sunday Albania’s Total Goal Minutes currently has a spread of 35-43. This means a ‘sell’ of 35 would win 35x your stake if England were to keep a clean sheet for the eighth consecutive qualifier.

Remember that with spread betting, get the bet wrong and losses can exceed your stake/deposit. So for example if Albania scored one goal in the 90th minute, a ‘sell’ at 35 would lose 55x times your stake.
