Destiny Udogie and Cristian Romero are suspended after red cards and Micky van de Ven is ruled out with a serious hamstring issue. Pedro Porro is a doubt after not training this week, but he should be fit. Emerson Royal is set to play at left-back with Ben Davies another question mark.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In the middle, Eric Dier will start. Alongside him could be teenager Ashley Phillips.
